Presentation
Hervé Dunoyer, photographer and Céline Charpentier, screenprint painter and makeup artist, have worked together for many years for prestigious magazines or advertising campaigns. For the Metamorphoses exhibition, they decided to transform faces into a canvas sculpted by infinitely modifiable shadows, lights and colors. This exhibition presents several facets of metamorphosed, transformed, chiseled, sculpted characters that echo painting movements ranging from Fauvism to street art, including dripping and surrealism. The exhibition lets glimpse a transfigured beauty, abstract and poetic.
