Giuseppina Caci

Born in 1987 - Belgium

BIOGRAPHY

Born in 1987 in Belgium, the artist-illustrator Giusepinna Caci followed a graphic and visual communication training at the School of Plastic and Visual Arts of Mons from 2005 to 2010.

The artist's work is a subtle mixture of a childish world and Tim Burton's dark tales. She invites us to travel without a seatbelt to the land of friendly monsters and other funeral dolls. Her layouts in black marker bring us to a hybrid world full of humans and animal beings behaving comically, bringing a smile to the viewer. Giuseppina Casi's strange heroes immerse us into a threatening world ,difficult to escape.
