Jessica LeGuillon, born in Marseille, develops her passion for art and produces her first work in September 2012.
In her search for artistic creation, she crosses path with renowned painter, Christophe Fort who inspires and gives her some artistic and technical advice.
This artist takes off by creating a series inspired by icons of the years “Yéyé” and begins with Brigitte Bardot who will be her first work in mixed technique, combining painting and collage.
The ultra-glossy finish gives to her paintings highlights in the texture and imperfections resulting in a quite interesting final piece.
Jessica collects posters from the street, laundromats, phone booths and walls to recycle them and use them for the creation of new and different artworks which she wishes from now on to produce on bigger wooden supports.
She has also had, for a long time, the project to work with stencils, which comes from her desire to test new techniques which intrigue her. And why not, in the future to mix her current signature, with collages of posters and stencils.
