After beeing introduced to turning with Cyril DOR in 1974 in Paris, Armel HEDE created his own workshop where he worked earthenware and stoneware until 1982.
In 1978, he collaborated closely with the engraver and Dutch painter Hans VAN DRAANEN what will allow him to experiment and to look for new forms and decorations.
In 1983, he installed his new workshop and began the work of the porcelain. In 1989, he added to his researches the work of Raku on porcelain.
