Photographer, designer and architect John Paul Lubliner has ceated a photographic project focusing on the Eiffel Tower, "J - 365 Jours", before the year 2000. Every day, he went to the Eiffel Tower and captured the moods and lights before the Millenium countdown.
This artistic work has been rewarded with the prestigious Fuji Award for the best photographer of the year and has been the symbol of the cultural exchanges between France and China. Four major exhibitions have been organized in Shanghai, Beijing, at the Great Wall of China and on the Stars Avenue in Hong Kong.
The exhibition in Shanghai, by the Oriental Pearl Tower, had over 5000 square meters and has attracted two million visitors. Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and a part of the French and Chinese government have inaugurated it. The exhibition in Beijing was held at the China Millennium Monument, during the closing night of the France year in China.
