Born in 1950 in the heart of the Provence, in Brignoles, François Millo spent his childhood there before moving to Paris and Montpellier to continue his studies. An agricultural engineer, he began his career in the Ivory Coast and Mexico, before working in the Provence and Corsica.
At 35, he became head of the largest French union of wine producersand then, in 1990, he returned to Provence as general manager of the inter wine of this region.
François Millo is also a photographer, avid traveler and author of several books on Provençal wines and food.
