His images give birth to his first works, which emerge as veritable poems. In love with to his home land, he continues the adventure by photographing landscapes from Kefalonia to Corfu. He discovers his passion for art. By expanding his images and working on them manually, with his unique approach of the ordinary, the artist gives birth to his extraordinary photographs.
Nikos Kontzialis wokrs with the very special polaroid technique, in a whole new and intense way, and from this mixed media support he prints his photos on paper.
With his iconoclastic, unique style, the photographer presents a world transformed and drawn by his imagination. His polaroids ,subtle images and life scenes, are worked in the style of a sculptor, with a technique from another era.
