Born in 1975 - France
Hervé Audouin is a French photographer who lives and works in Paris. He has been taking pictures for the last 10 years, and he prefers analogue photography. He is interested in contemporary architecture but also in more "prosaic" buildings such as gas stations or abandoned industrial sites.
When producing series about urban geometries, he is mostly interested in regular shapes, repetitions of patters and lines in buildings. With very few details of the context, Hervé Audouin has the tendency to create abstract images.
His images are taken all over the world, as he has traveled in Sydney, Lima, Phuket, Madrid, Tel-Aviv, Budapest etc.
