Laurence Nicola, born in 1975 in Avignon, lives and works in Saint-Malo. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and a DNSEP with honors in 2002 at the National School of Art in Cergy-Pontoise. Her areas of achievements are plural and transversal: installation, video, photography, drawing overlap and feed each other.
Laurence Nicola received numerous residencies (L'H Headquarters, Malting ...) and was supported (2002) by The French Institute for Research time in Kaywon School of Art and Design in Seoul in South Korea and by the General Consulate of France in Montreal (2013) for the North-East Art Center in Quebec.
