Born in 1958 in Toul, he lives in Pagney-Behind-Barine (Lorraine). Since my childhood, Patrick Marin has always been attracted to art, be it drawing, painting, or any other form of artistic expression.
A self-taught painter, he started painting in the late 70s and in the 80s, he exhibited his works and won several awards (Vittel, Fénétrange).
Today, Patrick Marin's work comprizes paintings that present to the public spaces where the sensitivity of the color becomes light. These powerful chromatic scales, the reds and these dynamic compositions, accompany an artistic gesture keen "lines of force", as the artist says.
