Born in 1984 in Paris of a stylist mother and fashion photographer father, she studies the tension between the image and the artwork during her plastic researches at the Glacière Beaux-Art workshop in Paris by studying their connections and differences, their very nature.
In 2009 she is for the first time exhibited in a fair in New York, then in Washington, Brussels, London, Paris, and Israel. She started in 2010 a pioneering collaboration with her father, under the name of JN+C, trying to build a new world by recreating a harmony between the fabricated image and the inspired artwork. This research is exhibited at Mauboussin, Place Vendôme, in Paris and at the International Festival of Fashion Photography in Cannes in 2013 as well as in DubaÏ in 2015.
In her purely personal work, Charlotte L'Harmeroult explores a more conceptual vision, especially since she has settled in Berlin in July 2011.
