MisterPee

MisterPee was born in Paris,1975. He was introduced to the world of image at an early age, specially by his father who was a photographer, he made his first artistic steps on the walls of the vacant lots of his neighborhood. Then graduated from the Olivier de Serres and the Duperré Schools of Applied Arts, he started working as a freelance graphic designer at first and gradually moved towards illustration.

He gets inspired by comic strips and Polish posters, and by artists like Basquiat, Keith Haring and Egon Schiele, while developing his own unique style. His pieces made with acrylic and ink on paper are entertaining, animated and graphic. Always done on a white background, in them we find motives in color that contrast with the deep black of his drawings. The subjects he addresses are several, always with a humorful approach. MisterPee parts from an idea, an expression and illustrates it his own way.

Today, in addition to his exhibitions in galleries, he works with publishing houses, communication agencies and appears in the press as well. MisterPee regularly exposes his work on the streets with his mural collages and paintings.
