Alexandre Tartarin

Born in 1995, Alexandre Tartarin, aka SKULLANDCO, is a French artist and makes unique creations. He took his first steps as an artisan through a training in this area, but always considered himself to be an artist,who shapes with his hands.

Passionate about vanities, the artist regrets that it spread a grim and straight vision through art history. Alexandre Tartarin preserves his freedom and yearns to rejuvenate vanities, by removing still life. He uses the technique of composite material technique and surrounds himself with concrete, plaster and resin...The artist combines traditional tools with the digital, to make up timeless paintings. He expresses that he adopted "a cross-disciplinary approach of creation, to experiment without any constraints and follow my desires of the moment".

Alexandre Tartarin is called upon regularly by creators (graphic designers, saddle makers...) for projects to collaborate. He also exhibits his work through galleries and concept stores...
