Born in 1979 in Kirokivan, Armenia, Christinae wanted to be an artist since her childhood. This desire made her join Ecole d’arts appliqués in Lyon. She then went back to Armenia and joined the Fine Arts school over there. She now lives in Lyon.
Her round trips between France and Armenia have influenced her style. She is inspired by the architecture of the Middle East and has achieved a lot by mixing cultures: "These two worlds are a part of me, these are my two cultures who define my being and what I paint". These influences are portrayed through bright and warm colors, and on the other hand one can find influences from artists like Gustave Klimt, Antonio Gaudi and Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
Christinae does exhibitions between France, Switzerland and Armenia, in various spots, this includes galleries, contemporary art fairs and hotels but also does live music performances.
