Originally from Ireland, Hyland's career began in the editing sector, where she worked as a stylist and fashion writer for many famous magazines. This led Gillian Hyland to the television industry and later to the film industry, where she handled many jobs, including stylist, art director and designer.
Since 2007, Gillian Hylan has been living and working in London. During this period, she created images and turned towards fashion and advertisement photography for several famous clients and international brands.
Hyland's very rich past helped her develop her passion for creating images, this evolved until she achieved a definite photographic style. Since then, her photos have been exhibited throughout the world and been awarded many times.
