Born in 1988 - Italy
Born in Venice in 1988. He now lives and work sas a freelance photographer in Venice.
He started to take photos at the age of 15, after seeing a book by Robert Capa. After his ‘maturità’ (A levels) he enrolls in a three-year photography course at the IED in Rome, and graduates with honors in July 2012. During the three years of his course his style begins to delineate itself into a clear photo-journalistic one. In Rome, he takes pictures of the protests against the Italian government, and works as a photographer for various musical and cultural events in the capital.
In the summer of 2011 his “squatting” project takes off; it is a story that he shoots between London, Berlin and Paris and which documents the lives of the residents in various squats. In November 2012 he documented the life and work of a group of Galician fishermen that work on one of the most dangerous jobs in the world, facing the ocean with all their strength.
