Rieko Yamamoto was born in 1985 in Osaka, Japan. In 2011 he completed a Fine Arts Master's course at the Kyoto City University of Arts Graduate School.
He was awarded the Art Camp2008 "Suntory Prize" The Suntory Museum in Tempozan, Osaka in 2008 and The Art Award Tokyo by Akiya Takahashi (Director, Mitsubishi Ichigokan Museum) in 2011. In 2011, his works became part of the Mitsubishi Estate Building Management Co.,Ltd. Colelction.
