Eric Ezendam is a Dutch artist.
Eric Ezendam studied art and history at the Rietveld academy in Amsterdam. He discovered design in Milan. Since the 2000's, he has been dedicating himself to design, lithography and digital etching.
Eric Ezendam does charcoal drawing, with terra-cotta chalk and Indian ink, and large format oil painting. The artist also conceives designs on the computer. Through these many mediums, he creates mysterious work, sometimes cynical or almost metaphysical. Indeed, he seems to erase any idea pertaining to space and time, transforming it into reality.
Eric Ezendam manages to create unique and fascinating work, by combining the most ancient techniques like drawing, with the most recent tool like the computer. His work has been displayed in several private collections in Netherlands, Belgium, Scotland, France and America.
