Born in 1990 in Kolbuszowa, Mateusz Maliborski has graduated from the Beaux-Arts Academy of Krakow, where he followed the classes of the teacher Adam Wsiolkowskiego. He specialized in painting, drawing and typography. His talent enabled him to obtain the Sayed grant in 2012 and was named finalist at the Grand Prix of the foundation.
The artist is interested in themes as art galleries, museums and other public places where people stop, contemplate and plunge in deep reflexions about enigmatic pieces of art.
His work has been exhibited in many collective exhibitions in Poland and was first individually exhibited in 2015 at the art gallery Catherine Napiorkowska.
