Jörge de Sousa Noronha

Jörge de Sousa was born in Lisbon in 1936. He is a Portuguese painter, lithographer and writer. Specialist in graphic arts, he taught lithography from 1976 to 1998. In 1956 he created the workshop and the POINT and MARGE editions in Paris. He is the author of several technical and historical works on printmaking. Since 2005 he has worked in photography and digital prints in lithographic printing or pigment inkjet printing. He taught printmaking and image archeology at E AC (Higher School of Art and Communication) in Paris.
