At the age of 14, Constantin Tanislav started to study drawing and painting at the Art College in Buzau. In 2013 he graduated from the National University of Arts in Bucharest, Romania (Petru Lucaci class). In 1983-1986 he studied at the Popular art school - Bucharest (Alexandra Dragutescu, Liviu Cornescu class).
