Jose Antonio Molina Sanchez is a Spanish artist born in 1918 in Murcia. He is considered one of the greatest representatives of lyrical painting of his hometown and his region.
José Antonio Molina Sánchez started his studies at the School of Art of Murcia, later on he entered the Superior School of Fine Arts of San Carlo, in Valence. He did his first solo exhibition in 1941.
The artist became famous very fast, thanks to his official portraits, he has worked as an illustrator in several newspapers and magazines. His paintings and his designs just as his career have move towards a more formal objective representation.
His artistic production, largely inspired by the observation of nature, has allow him to become known by critics as a lyrical painter who emphasizes in beauty.
Jose Antonio Molina Sanchez's works have been exposed in some of the biggest Spanish and Portuguese cities.
