Tanya Iskona was born on the 7th of September 1982 in Kiev. She lives and works in France.
She was 3 and a half years old, when the world's first huge atomic accident occurs, Tchernobyl was only 110 km from her family's house. Since this incident the young sculptress's interest lies in preserving our environment and our planet.
Even after successful experiments in front and behind the camera, Tanya Iskona always returns back to her real passion - sculpting. Since 2015 she has been creating sculptures with a new sensibility - abstract, organic, as made out of one simple harmonious movement!
