A dive between land and sea during a meal at Blue Bay, the starred restaurant of the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, among 10 sublimated corals and marine animals: the Mare Terra exhibition is an immersion for the pleasure of the senses, as much that it makes sense as an ambassador for marine conservation. This sharing of environmental values, this 100% natural artistic sensibility as well as the aesthetics of fluid and refined silhouettes, symbols of life, brought us together with chef Marcel Ravin at the Blue Bay to exhibit 11 sea creatures which welcome all visitors from their entry into the restaurant.
