Presentación
Christopher Barraja es un fotógrafo de 25 años nacido en Niza. Se fue a estudiar arquitectura a Marsella a la edad de 18 años pero, después de haberse bañado demasiado tiempo al sol, decidió cambiar de escenario y continuar sus estudios en la Escuela Nacional de Artes Decorativas de París. En la capital, desarrolló su práctica fotográfica a raíz de un derrame cerebral a los 20 años que lo hizo más atento a las cosas invisibles y generó una discusión con los objetos inanimados que lo rodeaban. Se fue de intercambio a Nueva York donde descubrió su fascinación por la fotografía de moda. Desde entonces ha ido tejiendo un discurso entre la fotografía de moda y su práctica personal. En 2020 finaliza las Artes Decorativas con su libro De cloro et de rosado construido durante los cinco años anteriores. Esta obra se presentará este año en la Villa Noailles, en el marco del festival de Hyères, del que es una de las finalistas. Es el ganador del Grand Prix Picto de la Photographie de Mode 2022.
