Born in 1961 in Bronx, Julius Cavero began painting in the 70's under the name T-Kid 170.

He is known for his "King 13" inscription, a graffiti signature he uses each time he wins a challenge. He learned to paint on trains when he became part of the "Bronx Enchanters" and "Renegades of Harlem" gang. Later on, he became the president of TNB (The Nasty Boyz) and also head the TVS (The Vamp Squad), two of the most famous groups of the New York graffiti.

T-Kid is one of the first artists to use the 3D effect in his works, he stands out due to his innovative style and the unique creation of his characters, like the b-boys.

T-Kid continues to work in Bronx, but his works are displayed at several art galleries throughout the world today.
