Biography
Kalus is a French painter originally from Poland. He studied at the Julian Academy, in Paris. He then moved his studio to Fontainebleau. In parallel, he runs drawings and painting workshops in associations and in schools and practices music.
When he creates, Kalus wants "to bring out his feelings and legacy of the past", which he does through the representation of natural elements. Jean Bazaine, Paul Cézanne, Nicolas de Stael and Vieira Da Silva inspire his daily life.
His pieces are present in numerous private collections in France, Italy and in Eastern Europe.
