Biography

I arrived in Paris in 1993, with a Diploma in Fine Arts from Florence.

That year I met the universe of underground culture tekno (free party), a socio-cultural revolution modeled on the 67 'movement in San Francisco The Summer of Love, which will remain an influence in my painting.

1996, I participate in the opening of Pole Pi, the largest squat in Paris, 15,000m2, 300 artists, and create a group of artists in connection with the development of Techno culture (painting, video, DJ…). The experiment will last a decade. The countless artistic, musical and urban cultural encounters will also be felt in my pictorial work.

At the same time, I am passionate about the syncretic philosophy of the Italian Renaissance (Pico della Mirandola, Marsilio Ficino…), which advocates the reconciliation of incompatible doctrines.

I find inspiration in irony and cynicism, but always putting forward my passion for love and beauty.

I am and I remain a painter from Florence.
