Born in 1961, Limanowa. Wiesław Skibiński graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow at the Faculty of Graphic Arts in a rotogravure and animated film studio in 1988.
In 1999, he received a Culture and Art Scholarship. He deals with artistic graphics, drawing, painting, illustration and animated film. Member of the TE 7EM group and the Initiative Group. He has received numerous awards and distinctions for animated film and graphics. He is a laureate of numerous artistic awards, also in the editions of the "Warsaw Graphics" competition. Since 1985, he has participated in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad. He has had individual exhibitions in Poland, Germany and Japan.
The author is fascinated by nature, its infinite variety of shapes and textures.
