Xavier Ducelier

France • 1967

I draw my inspiration from everyday life to create colorful and expressive works, mixing different techniques to capture moments of reality or artistic tributes.

Biography

A self-taught amateur painter, I discovered the joy of drawing and painting late in life thanks to a friend.

I enjoy working with a variety of techniques and materials: acrylic, watercolor, markers, and pencils.

My creations are often very colorful to capture attention and raise questions.

I capture an event, a landscape, an animal, a character, or a movement with my own colorful and intense touch.

My inspiration comes from what I see around me (everyday life, media, etc.) in the sensitivity of everyday life, but also to pay homage to artists of the past.
