We'll be meeting from April 18th to 29th at the Maison Flotte Gallery for a duet featuring the paintings of Francis L'Huillier and the paper cutouts of Anne Oléron. The paintings immerse us in the warm palette of the South of France, combining composition, material, and color, and the port atmospheres that inspire a desire to travel with grand perspectives. The hand-cut papers, a testament to expertise, emotion, and a suspended moment, present plant compositions. The artist sculpts the paper into vibrant, almost lifelike shapes whose texture invites touch.
