Béatrice Madelenat

Béatrice Madelenat, originally from Burgundy but adopted by Normandy, is an expressionist artist.

Self-taught, she first perfected her art through training courses before joining the School of Fine Arts in Caen.

Her work is distinguished by a touch of poetry, dream and warmth, offering a pictorial style open to the personal interpretation of each viewer.

She mainly uses acrylics, a technique that suits her spontaneous, energetic style, and she likes to work with knives, which gives her work a rich, vibrant texture.

She draws her inspiration from nature and human emotions, creating works that convey both inner and outer atmospheres.
