Ecological Fable,
Bernard Pras,
The Saint-Pierre-des-Minimes exhibition space, in partnership with the Bayart gallery, is hosting Bernard Pras's solo exhibition throughout the summer, from June 21 to August 31.
Known for his installations using the technique of anamorphosis, he assembles everyday objects: toys, textiles, tools, and discarded objects, to create portraits drawn from art history or contemporary culture. These characters are revealed only from a specific perspective. His works highlight a unique exploration of our visual perception, somewhere between optical illusion and questioning consumer society. This striking work combines humor, poetry, and technical virtuosity in a constant dialogue with the viewer.
