France Born in: 1969
Better known under the internationally recognized pseudonym of Kongo, Cyril Phan is a self-taught painter who has established himself in less than 20 years as a leading figure of the French, European and international artistic scene.

He initially gained fame as a graffiti artist, thanks to his mastery of the graffiti techniques and to his role in the legendary M.A.C. collective.
