Modern Africa is a vibrant, creative continent. In cities and remote areas alike, hundreds of artists are developing complex and rich worlds. This creativity is exhibited globally through international fairs, museums and galleries that have understood; Africa is emerging as a new aesthetic treasure. The expansion of large urban centers and the emergence of a new affluent social class with new tastes and aspirations, have contributed to this growth.
The Art-Z Gallery did not wait for this trend to develop the potential of African artists. For twenty years, we have supported promising creators and helped them grow into their potential. On the occasion of our 20th anniversary, we will present new work of artists we have been following from the start as well as emerging artists proposing new directions which we invite you to follow with us.
