The galery Artphotoby presents STAR WORLDS at the Maison Blanche restaurant

Paris From 6 June to 7 July 2017

The group show STARS WORLD at the Maison Blanche unites the looks of five artists on celebrities, world landscapes and Parisian symbols. The Eiffel Tower is facing the main hall’s beautiful terrace at the luxury restaurant on the Avenue Montaigne.
The images of Élodie Grégoire and Claude Guillaumin remind us of visual icons: the skyline of New York or the Eiffel Tower.
Richard Melloul, Tony Frank or Maurice Renoma took pictures of international celebrities like Mohamed Ali, Bob Dylan or Serge Gainsbourg. Taken between the 70s and 90s, their works, black and white or colour photography, illustrate personalities of the sport world, the music scene, models or actresses.
Certain photographs of the exhibition combine two aspects: they show the stars who also became visual icons. They are today the best known images of those celebrities. The exhibition presents stars that normally stay inaccessible to the mortal world and become accessible thanks to those private captures.
