We would like to invite you to see the exhibition "Warsaw Dwurnik / Woyda / Spasowicz" at the Art Gallery of Katarzyna Napiórkowska at Świętokrzyska 32.
The exhibition shows Warsaw with the eyes of artists coming from three different generations. These are graduates of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts painting: Magdalena Spasowicz, who studied painting under prof. John Cybis (diploma in 1953), Edward Dwurnik, one of the most perceptive observers of the reality of PRL and modern Poland (diploma in 1970) and Joanna Woyda, a young painter, winner of Grand Prix of Franciszka Eibisch Foundation.
In addition, we would like to inform you that at the opening of the vernissage on July 10, Katarzyna Napiórkowska was awarded the "Zasłużony dla Mazowsza" ("Merited for Mazovia") honourable badge. This badge is awarded for significant merits for the Mazowieckie Voivodship, and among the people so far honored was, among others. It was awarded to Katarzyna Napiórkowska in recognition of deeds for the Mazowieckie Voivodship, contributing to the region's development through cultural activity and enriching the cultural offer of Mazovia. In addition, Katarzyna Napiórkowska was honored for the work of promoting Polish artists in the galleries in Warsaw and Brussels.
