Presentation

Julián Terán fuses Argentine folk rhythms with electronic music through his free-hand drawings. He produces a musicality in his delicate and meticulous tracing that echoes throughout illusionary three-dimensional terrains. His metaphorical connections and reverberation of aesthetic creates a dialogue between natural landscapes and its rhythm.

Terán is a visual artist and renowned composer whose work has been the subject of many solo and group gallery exhibitions around the world, as well as in museums. He has been included in the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Rosario, Museo Castagnino in Buenos Aires,  Museo de Arte Moderno in Buenos Aires and at the Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA). Terán lives and works in Buenos Aires.
