Neville Cobra Japangardi Poulson was born in 1951 in Yuendumu.

He is a teacher at the Yuendumu school, the Yirara College. He has worked together with the Warlukurlangu artists.

Neville is one of the artists selected in 1989 to create sans paintings for the show "Magiciens de la Terre" at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
