Toska

Born in 1986, the muralist painter travels the whole world. Everywhere he goes, he creates gigantic frescoes. A prolific and promising artist, Nicolas Ravet, aka Toska, has established himself since 2008 as one of the rising stars. By breaking down the volumes and shapes, the artist lets the disturbing energy of matter and the components of a universal structure express itself on the canvas, the wall. His fluid and regular features give birth to an explosive cocktail between urban art and primitive art. The young painter vibrates to the rhythm of Premier Art and Graff. Distinct, he tames volumes and textures as if transcended by a mechanical rite. Usually Toska works with a pipette more than a brush. This technique allows him to stick to his volcanic temperament. Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Liège, Toska is a real globe trotter, he has painted frescoes in Mexico City, Thailand, Paris, Rome, Prague, Ibiza, Latvia, Liège and also for Amnesty International.
