José Bechara

José Bechara was born in Rio de Janeiro in 1957, where he works and lives. He studied at the Parque Lage School of Visual Arts (EAV), located in the same town. Participated in the 25th International Biennial of São Paulo; 29th Panorama of Brazilian Art; 5th International MERCOSUR Biennial; The Lisbon Architecture Triennial 2011; 1st Bienalsur - Buenos Aires; 7th Beijing International Art Biennial and the shows "Chemins du Contemporain" and "Les 90" at Paço Imperial-RJ.
