Lisa Pappon is known for having made ceramic sculptures in the shape of apples for BULL&STEIN. The apple has fascinated man since the beginning of time. From the Garden of Eden, via cartoons, it has left its mark in many diverse and varied meanings, resulting in the codes and customs of a society. A symbol of the Earth, of life, of fertility, of sin, temptation, greed… This fruit is reintroduced into the public space using work that is semi-architectural. A sculpture is dependent on the place, and communicates with it. The interaction of the work with its habitat is essential for Lisa Pappon, which fits well with the requirements of urban art.
