Véronique Boisvert (Vé Boisvert)

Vé Boisvert is a painter from Hearst, a small French-speaking town located in northern Ontario. She now lives in Quebec in a loft that she has converted into a design studio. Her love for the visual arts was magically born as she began studying communication at UQÀM in Montreal. Painting becomes both her therapy and a passion that she continues to perfect. Since summer 2017, she has devoted herself full time to her art.

Among the emerging artists in current and contemporary art, his works have been sold in England, the United States and Spain. In the past year, his paintings have been published in the “Art Edit” section of House & Garden magazine (England), in the Maison cahier of Le Soleil (Quebec), and in an article published on the Radio website. -Canada (Northern Morning; Ontario). Some of his paintings have been filmed in one of the sets of the television series "Hubert et Fanny" broadcast on Radio-Canada.

Inspired by the shapes and elements of nature, Vé Boisvert's creative approach consists in making the imagination perceptible. His primary inspiration lies in wonder at the simple little things in life and meditation. She favors both her intuition and a technique of superimposing colors to create works imbued with positive energy. The artist lets herself be guided by the rhythm of the music, which according to her is a real language conveying emotions. To create his paintings, the artist works with the feeling of resilience. Besides, the music she listens to is nostalgic and melancholy since low frequency music allows her to transform her deep emotions into something beautiful and inspiring.

The energy released by his paintings is imbued with positivity and hope. The artist brings us into his universe of colors, happiness and lightness. His works are teeming with both sensitivity and self-expression. In her work, she directs her practice towards the principles of Feng Shui in order to ensure the balance of hot and cold colors.
