Sap-Hero is a painter with an expressionist style.
He's particularly invested in the sharing of moral and social values through his art. From the age of 7 years old, he's noticed for his talent in drawing. He drew with what he found, sometimes directly on the ground.
For twenty years he perfected in the following fields : drawing, calligraphy, decoration. Then he's been a cultural and artistic promoter, radio and tv host in Korhogo. Nowadays, he's known as the Founder of la Maison Des Artistes in the south of Comoé, in Côte d'Ivoire.
Sap-Hero expresses himself with paint but also with poetry and slam. His inspiration comes from popular culture but also tales and legends he has been told. His painting is an open window to his reality and his tradtions.
He uses mixed methods and various material : acrylic, oil painting, pigment, ink on canvas, paper and wood... The formats change a lot and his inspiration are Cézanne, Rainer Fetting and Edvard Munch, as well as Kourouma Youssouf aka De Kimbirila, and Armand Boua.
