I live and work mostly in Helsinki, but from my childhood I have spent most summers in South Carelia, on Kuolimo lake in an island.
Therefore I love waters and sky with clouds reflecting on the lake`s surface or with storms. Some of these images are beneath my paintings, in the first layers, in spite of the final result.
Painting is for me an adventurous travel of my subconscious and the final result is mysterious.
