Lenec

Lenec is a French visual artist, born in 1964 in Brittany. An artisan, he devotes himself to art without actually differentiating between these two worlds. According to him the borders between art and crafts remain vague.

Lenec began artistic production the day he saw " the image of a little guy looking inside a hole" and felt the need to depict this on a canvas. He stands out through his style. His creations in relief are made up of several outlines in which characters evolve like actors in a decor. This perspective is his artistic trademark, which many consider to be "pop illusionist". Lenec's construction work is also based on a game between white and colors.
