Translation in progress

Like many a street artist, Eric Ze King (EZK) has more than one life. He has an official one which he spends working as a graphic artist, and then he has a more clandestine one, when he’s covering walls with his works, which, from his earliest youth, he has done. EZK has attracted attention thanks to frescoes denouncing social inequality and the cynicism of the world of consumption. As the artist asserts: "The famous labels and the fantasies which they peddle highlight the injustices that prevail in our society". In his work, EZK twists brand-names and makes use of puns in order to transform big names into potent messages. Since 2010, Eric’s work has figured prominently in numerous galleries, foundations, and at auction.
