"Do not limit yourself ..." Always passionate about means of expression, Laure's training is totally self-taught and is meant to be continuous. Twenty years of exploration through drawing, painting (oil, acrylic), mutinous sculptures modeled in clay (Les Alluminés) staged by putting their finger on the absurd, illustrated photo-images, imagined drums (cutouts, collages, photos, montages). The idea: Navigate from one universe to another, seek by doing, do by trying. Creation as a bubble. Start from the inside to go out, from the outside to go inward. Style at the start rather very figurative, the human being her main subject of observation, it is currently in painting that Laure is naturally moving towards a more abstract vision. Instead of thinking before, now let the gesture guide towards the door of the unconscious. Let the subject come, let it appear, whatever it is.
