Contemporary artist Christine Drummond was born and raised in Brazil where she received a French education from the French Lycée in Rio.?Christine Drummond creates vibrant oil paintings in her quest to bring joy to those who experience them. She has put down the brushes and works exclusively with a palette knife, creating textures that bring her shapes and colors to life on her canvas from oil paint.
From Sao Paulo to Monte Carlo, from New York to Sydney, Christine has gained much deserved recognition from the art world. ‘I want to bring Joy through the choice of colours, the theme, the life and movement with each stroke of my palette knife. When I complete a painting, my strongest wish is that those who see it will be drawn into it and want to be part of the happy atmosphere.’
