Presentation
Guti was born in Nancy and lives and works in Montpellier. He came into contact with urban culture very early as he was roller blading, and at the age of 13, he started graffiti. He would paint on different supports : canvas, skateboards... and produce metal sculptures too.
For Guti, free figuration is his way to live in the present. He paints instictively, with aerosol paint, like New York expressionists. He uses posca to contour and highlight the colors. His works are characterized by movement.
Guti creates an explosive, colorful universe. His artworks are marked by expressive freedom and unconventional imaginary characters.
